This is my family. I am married to Mr. Overman and we have two kids, Ian and Brenna. This was taken when we travelled to the Indiana Dunes National Lakeshore a few weeks ago, which is a national park near our home. Have you been there?

Drafting Nonfiction Posters.

We are making nonfiction posters (some of us are choosing to make books) about topics we know lots about.

We've collected lots of information over the last few days about our topics.

Everything on our posters teaches something about our topics.

We took lots of time drafting today.

Mya and Beau needed more information for their poster/book, so they kept working on that.

Timmy worked hard on his raccoon diagram and tomorrow will add his research.
