Readers get new ideas when they read.

Kendra never knew mice could swim.

Mackensie learned more about the moon.

Mrs. Overman read pumpkins are fruit.

Kaleb read that mice love school.

Beau never knew there is more than one moon.

Gavin read the words "lice cream" and wonders about them.

Timmy read that dolphins sometimes kill babies for fun.

Mya read that trees in the rainforest are the lungs of the world and give us most of the oxygen we breathe.

Dominic read that dragons are animals.

*We aren't sure if all the things we've read are true. We're just learning that as we read, we come across new things--some may be true, some may not.
